After joining the contagious network will I ever receive spam
or junk email?
Absolutely not! We never send spam to you or share your personal information with anyone.
Do I have to pay for anything?
Nope, you don't have to pay for a thing. Jonining the contagious network is completely free and anything that you receive as part of a campaign is also free. There are no hidden catches!
I've signed up, what happens next?
When we have a new campaign that you might enjoy, based on your gender, age and location, we'll email you a short survey to complete (it's very short and will only take 2 mins).
This survey will help us understand if the campaign is right for you. If we do think it's something that matches your interests, you'll receive a 'invitation brief email' with details on how to take part.
What is campaign?
Campaigns can vary including the opportunity to try out new products or attend an event or experience by a brand (for free of course). If you like your experience with the brand, we ask you to help 'spread the word' about it and tell us how you've done this.
If we contact you with a campaign opportunity, you decide whether to accept it or not. It's completely up to you.
How do I spread the word?
You can spread the word by making recommendations to friends, family and your social networks, online (via social media) and offline (face to face, over the phone, etc).
We explain exactly how to spread the word in the campaign 'invitation brief' emails that we send you, so don't worry if you're still not sure.
How do I tell/show you how I've spread the word?
This is easy! After taking part in a campaign you'll be asked to fill out a short 'end of campaign' survey telling us how you spread the word.
Is it compulsory for me to fill out the end of campaign survey?
Yes, if you agree to take part in a campaign you're also agreeing to fill out the survey at the end of the campaign and tell us what you thought. Don't worry - these surveys are always short and only take a few minutes to complete.
Is it compulsory for me to spread the word and show support for all the stuff I receive or experience?
No, we only ask you to spread the word and show your support for the things you genuinely like. We do though love you to tell us about anything that you didn't like in the end of campaign survey.
Does it matter how old I am?
As long as you're 16 or over then you can join the contagious network.
Do I get paid for taking part and providing feedback?
We don't pay our members for taking part or for providing feedback. The network is all about giving you the chance to find out about and experience new brands & products first and in return you share your thoughts with friends & spread the word (plus provide us with your honest feedback). This means some fantastic and exclusive benefits for you.
Are there any other rules I should know about?
Have fun, but please act sensibly and professionally when participating as a member of the contagious network. You can also read our full terms and conditions.
Why am I not getting any emails from you?
Either we haven't had anything recently that we feel matches your profile OR perhaps you have had an invite or two but they got caught in your junk mail (make sure you add email@example.com to your 'safe sender' email list).
